From Hungary to San Diego, Mangalitsa Pig Porchetta Roll stars at BIGA

At BIGA Italian restaurant in downtown San Diego, the annual Hog Roast includes a demonstration of how to make a Porchetta Roll. Chef/Owner, Tae Dickey favors Hungarian heritage, Mangalista Pigs for his take on the traditional dish. Visit the unique hogs on Winfield Farm where they’re raised on organic vegetables and acorns.

Tasting plates from the six chefs incorporate pork in each dish from appetizer to dessert.
